What is Wellness Coaching?

As a Wellness + Integrative Nutrition Coach, I take a holistic approach to educating and supporting clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavioral adjustments. You will develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving energy, balance, wellness, and happiness. I'll serve as a guide and mentor who provides and empowers you to set goals and make sustainable changes. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. 

What simple steps can you take today to improve your health and happiness?

I work with clients who have food allergies/sensitivites, clients who are vegetarian, clients who are trying to lose weight in a maintainable way, pregnant woman who want to have a healthy pregnancy, clients who wish to cook healthy meals and snacks for themselves and family, pantry reboots- because there is a healthier alternative to every food out there, clients who want detox their home from unsafe cleaning and personal hygiene products, and people who just want to simplify their lives.
