Ready: ​30 minutes

Serves: ​4 people/ 2 tacos per person

Like the ones you get at that famous taco place, only homemade!


●  1lb of organic ground beef, chicken or brisket

●  8 organic corn tortillas

●  Homemade pico de gallo

●  1-2 avocados, sliced

●  Spicy kimchi sriracha by Wildbrine (optional)


  1. For ground beef: In a small to medium pot, add the meat with 2-4 minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper, and cook on medium heat until the meat is fully cooked.

  2. For brisket or chicken: add meat to a crock-pot/slower cooker with salt, pepper, and garlic and set on medium for a few hours. Cook time will depend on how much meat.

  3. Tortillas: ​I use organic corn tortillas, you can either crisp up in a pan using a small amount of avocado oil per batch of tortillas or quickly warm up on the stove for soft-shell, either way, will work.

  5. Add avocado slices, pico de Gallo, cheese, and/or sriracha kimchi as toppings.
