Protein Smoothie to support Muscle Health with FIT Food® Lean Collagen by Xymogen

Nutritious and delicious smoothie for energy, satiety, and muscle health.


Rule of thumb for a smoothie:

  • Protein

  • Fiber

  • Good fat options: nut butter or MCT oil or avocado

  • Add the greens: spinach or micro-greens



Ingredients


● 1&1/2 cup of your favorite milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk tastes great in this)

● 1/2 banana (frozen for a smoother consistency) 1/2 cup of your favorite berries (optional)

● 1 scoop of Xymogen's *FIT Food® Lean Collagen peptides w/ HMB- Mocha Latte flavor

● 1 TBSP of chia seeds

● 1 TBSP of hemp seeds

● A large pinch of of microgreens or spinach (virtually tasteless)

● 1/2 TBSP of nut butter (unsweetened, raw, no oils added)

● 1/4 cup ice (optional)
