Fat Bombs

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yields: 10 bombs
Healthy fats are a slow, sustainable form of energy. Unlike the sugary roller coaster, many find themselves especially during the holidays that leave you feeling fatigued and bloated.
Ingredients
● 1⁄4 cup virgin coconut oil
● 1⁄4 cup almond butter
● 1-ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
● 1 tablespoon cocoa
● 1⁄2 teaspoon stevia drops
Preparation
On low heat, melt the ingredients, stirring continuously so as to not burn. Alternatively, you can use a chocolate melter or double boiler.
Pour into silicone molds.
Place in the freezer until they harden.
Remove from silicone molds.
Store in the freezer in a sealed container.
Important!
The Fat Bombs cannot be left out for more than 10 minutes or they start to thaw, the oil will return to liquid form. You must eat once taken out of the freezer, or leave in the freezer and eat when you want.
Notes
Healthy fats are a slow, sustainable form of energy. Unlike the sugary roller coaster, many find themselves especially during the holidays that leave you feeling fatigued and bloated. Healthy fats will be a steady, balanced (and sweet) fuel for you. In short: If you focus on eating healthy fats in moderation, it will curb those sugar cravings that make you a hangry monster.
