ASW Green Salad


Ready: ​20 minutes


Serves: ​8 people



Fresh green salad with crunchy red onion, sweet cherry tomatoes, delicious cucumber to accompany any main dish or add grilled chicken for a perfect lunch.




Ingredients

●  2 heads Romaine lettuce

●  1⁄2 to whole cucumber

●  1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half

●  2 carrots chopped

●  1 avocado cut up

●  1⁄2 red onion diced

●  2⁄3 cup microgreens



Dressing


●  2 tbsp of organic white rice vinegar

●  2-3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

●  salt and pepper to taste

●  Add more of either the extra virgin olive oil or vinegar until you are happy with the taste



Preparation


Toss and toss until dressing is equally distributed
