My Services

Amanda Saffer Wellness is a full-service nutrition and wellness business. I offer coaching services to clients across all industries and age profiles. I deliver personal, one-on-one attention to every client and develop customized programs based on your specific needs and goals. I offer traditional coaching sessions on an hourly basis and expanded three and six-month programs that can be done in person, by phone, or videoconference.
